2 idli
1/2 cup fresh coconut
2 tbsp fried gram
2 green chillies
1 clove garlic
3/4 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
3/4 tsp urad dal
1 pinch hing
1 sprig curry leaves
1 red chilli
Method
Add chopped or grated coconut, fried gram, garlic, salt, chilli, cumin and blend with 2 to 3 tbsps of water
Scrape the sides and add more water until chutney is thick and smooth
For tempering heat oil in pan. Add cumin, red chilli, urad dal and fry until golden. Then add curry leaves and hing.
